Career after Class 10: As a career counselor for Five years, I have come across a large number of highly qualified young students who are talented and have the quality needed to make a difference, but they generally fail in the long run. Most of student are confuse about what is best career option after 10th class. They are not decide that which carer is best for us and that is reason for this.We all know the reason well. Due to a lack of better understanding and professional guidance, students are often left in a state of confusion and ignorance after the 10th Council Exam.

Career in after 10th in ITI-Industrial Training Institutes

1.)  ITIs are government institutions while ITCs are private institutions. ITIs are training institutes run under the Ministry of Labor and Employment, Government of India.

2.)  Training is imparted in ITI and ITC in basic skills required for special trades such as electrician, machinist, fitter, plumber, turner, welder etc.

3.)  The course duration is from one to three years. This duration depends on the trade.

4.)  After completing the course, the candidate can take practical training in his trade in an industry.

5.)  The National Trade Certificate (NTC) is made available in the relevant trade by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT). For this, all India Trade Test (AITT) has to be passed. 

6.)  These people can get a job after passing the written examination in government sectors like Indian Railways, Telecom Department etc.
